Dr. Francine Rosenberg is a clinical psychologist who practices cognitive-behavior therapy with children, adolescents and adults, through individual, family and group therapy. The types of problems most commonly seen include (but are not limited to): stress, depression, adjustment problems, parenting issues, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety disorders, behavioral disorders and relationship problems.
A New Jersey licensed psychologist, Dr. Rosenberg received her Masters of Science and her Doctor of Psychology degrees at Nova Southeastern University in Florida and her Bachelor of Arts degree at Lafayette College in Pennsylvania. She also received an appointment to the State of New Jersey Psychology Internship Program. Dr. Rosenberg has broad experience and extensive expertise from her work with chronic psychiatric patients at Marlboro Psychiatric Hospital and Fair Oaks Hospital. For four years, she provided therapeutic services to children and adolescents in the Behavioral Health Services department at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. As a member of the medical staff of Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, she also had the responsibility of providing psychoeducational programming to the staff as well as to members of the community of Newark.
Dr. Rosenberg is on the medical staff of Morristown Medical Center and is a member of the Craniofacial Team at Goryeb Children?s Hospital. She lectures to both public and professional groups on a variety of topics including depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, stress management, social skills, conflict resolution, parenting adolescents and behavior management of children. Dr. Rosenberg is a member of the Morris County Psychological Association, New Jersey Psychological Association, National Obsessive-Compulsive Foundation, New Jersey Affiliate of the National Obsessive-Compulsive Foundation and the New Jersey Association of Cognitive Behavior Therapists. She currently holds the position of President of the Morris County Psychological Association.
