Appointments can be made by calling our office during normal business hours. You may leave a NON-URGENT message; your call will be returned promptly. You may call a physician’s office for specific questions or concerns.
If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls, an on-call physician is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
Prescriptions are renewed during normal office hours. In some instances, we may require that the patient be seen in our office prior to medication renewal. If the request is urgent, please call the prescribing physician directly.
We participates with many insurance providers. Please call for details. Some physicians who donate their time, provide services or may be in private practice and have DIFFERENT participating agreements or may be non-participating with your carrier. Please feel free to ask questions at any time.
