Dr. Begley obtained his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and subsequently, his D.M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. After completing his internship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, he fulfilled his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Temple University Health Sciences Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While at Temple University, he gained extensive experience in the management of the cleft lip/cleft palate patient while serving as Chief Resident
in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the St. Christopher?s Hospital for Children.
His special clinical interests include alveolar cleft bone grafting, orthognathic surgery, and craniomaxillofacial trauma. Dr. Begley is an Assistant Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Temple University Health Sciences Center, the past Vice-Chairman of the Department of Dentistry at the Morristown Medical Center and the former President of the New Jersey Society of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons . He is Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and an active member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Begley is married, has three children, and lives in Morristown.
